Onsite Interactive Workshops

Re-energize and revive your workforce with my custom interactive workshops. Each session is about 25 minutes.  Ideal for conference rooms, gyms, factory floors or outdoor spaces. Participants need only loose clothing - no need to change clothes or shoes. Here are few examples:

  • Revive your Spine. — A series of standing and sitting exercise using a flat flexible that counterbalance the effects of sitting. Ideal for computer and other workers who sit most of the day.
  • Cardio Stretch and Strength — Easy dance moves to a Latin beat followed by stretch/strength moves. Have fun and burn calories effortlessly - well almost!
  • Feet First - The Foundation of Balance — Perfect for workers who are on their feet. The whole body will be reinvigorated by massaging and working the feet. Tennis balls will be used.

I can design workouts that address your unique workforce needs.  These sessions are wonderful as conference break-out sessions for health/wellness minded companies!
